1. Sponsor
This contest is operated by OUR Network Technologies Inc., located in Canada.

2. Contest Period
The contest begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on the official launch date of the OUR app (the “Contest Period”).
The exact closing date will be announced publicly by OUR Network.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their province or territory

• No purchase necessary

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of OUR Network Technologies Inc. are not eligible
   

4. How to Enter
To enter:

• Submit your email address through the OUR waitlist form during the Contest Period

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive $1,000 CAD

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

• The draw will take place within 7 days of the contest closing date

• The selected entrant will be contacted via email
   

7. Skill-Testing Question (Canada Requirement)
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within 5 business days of being contacted

• If no response is received, another winner may be selected
   

9. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that OUR Network may use their name for promotional purposes related to the contest, if they win.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected (such as email addresses) will be used for:

• Administering the contest

• Communicating about OUR Network and early access

11. General Conditions
OUR Network reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary

• Disqualify entries that are fraudulent or do not comply with these rules

OUR Network Technologies Inc. is not responsible for:

• Technical issues or website failures

• Lost, late, or incomplete entries
   

13. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
